When will I receive my order? 
Orders have a processing time of 1-4 business days. Delivery can take 2-5 business days, this is up to the carrier. Please keep in mind that USPS has been experiencing delays due to the pandemic. 

What’s a freshie?

Freshies are fresheners that are handcrafted, not mass produced. Commonly used in bathrooms, cars, and more.

Why does my tracking number say “pre-shipment”? 
This means that we have created your label and we are waiting for USPS to scan your order into their system. We are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and our post office receives an influx of packages daily. Therefore, they do not always scan our packages once we’ve dropped them off to them. Sometimes it is 2-3 days before we see an update on your tracking that says it’s been scanned in and typically it leaves the facility after that. Most of the time the update is around 10pm at night. Please know that we have dropped your order off and it is just waiting to be scanned in.
