Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and offer store credit only. Promotional and clearance items are excluded from exchanges and store credits. Shipping fees cannot be refunded in any manner. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. Store credits are available and must be processed with 24-48 hours of receiving purchase. Store credits are non transferable and do not expire. Requests for an exchange must be communicated prior to shipping anything back, within 24 - 48 hours of delivery. We do not participate in price adjustments. If your items arrived damaged from shipping contact us and file a claim, with pictures of the said package within 24 hours of delivery. Store credits will not be issued for reasons such as but not excluded to: not liking the scent, claims of no scent, not following care instructions, and buyer’s remorse. 

Wholesale and/or custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credits of any kind.

Please allow 1-4 business days for processing your shipment. All orders ship via USPS or UPS and tracking numbers will be providing to your email.
