Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing. Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19. Once we ship your order off it is now in the hands of the carrier, please refer to the carrier for any lost and/or stolen packages. For tracking information please enter your tracking number into the USPS website for the most up to date information. Royal Collection is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. On occasion, carriers may mark your package as delivered early. Please reach out to them for a find my package or lost package request. Please ensure you are filling out correct shipping information when placing orders so your order will be delivered promptly. If an order is sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer has to pay for additional shipping fees. Royal Collection is not responsible for additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address. Expedited shipping options will give you a faster shipping time but do not guarantee quicker processing, although we will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. 

Retail items may not be resold, please email us at info@royalcollectionplug.com for private label wholesale. 

Wholesale orders are processed between 2-14 business days and are also shipped between USPS or UPS. Please be patient with us as we work diligently to get your wholesale orders out.

If your merchandise arrives damaged due to transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the merchandise in the package as it arrived.
